Q: Can I change my activity after I have registered?
A: You are welcome to make any changes to your activity before the registration deadline. After the registration deadline has passed, changes to activities can only be accommodated on a space-available basis. Please note, there may be an additional fee associated with changing your activity.
Q: When will I receive confirmation of my selected activity?
A: You and your guest will receive confirmation of your activity selections via email two to three weeks prior to the trip. When you receive your confirmation, please make note of the recommended attire and departure times.
Q: What if I cannot attend the incentive trip this year?
A: We hope you make every effort to join us this year. Unfortunately, if you decide not to attend, ABC Supply is not able to offer a reward in place of the trip. Please officially decline by clicking the link in your invitation email.
Q: How do I submit changes to a registration form already processed?

Q: What is the attire for the trip?
A: Please refer to the itinerary page for the appropriate attire for each group function. Attire descriptions can be found below in the attire glossary.
Casual:
Ladies – Casual sundress, pants, skirt, blouse, sneakers, shoes, or sandals.
Gentleman – Pants, Bermudas, polo shirts, sneakers, or closed shoes.
Elegant:
Ladies – Pants, cocktail-style dress or skirt, and formal shoes.
Gentleman – Long-sleeved or three-quarter-length shirt, long dress pants, and closed shoes. The use of shorts (Bermudas), beachwear, sandals (for men), ripped pants, sportswear, and caps for women and men is not permitted.
Swim Attire: Swimsuits with cover-ups, sunhats, and open-toe shoes (including flip-flops) are allowed.
Q: What is included in this program?
A: Your ABC Supply Riviera Maya 2026 trip includes the below for you and one (1) guest:
- Admission to all Xcaret Parks
- All planned group functions as noted on the daily itinerary
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily at the hotel
- Ground transportation to and from the Hotel Xcaret Arte on program dates
- Hotel accommodations (one sleeping room), all taxes, housekeeping gratuities, and porterage at the Hotel Xcaret Arte during program dates
- Round-trip economy class air
- Please note, ABC Supply does not provide air credit for canceled or missed flights. All airfare, including upgrades, is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future travel.
Q: What is not included in this program?
A: Your ABC Supply Riviera Maya 2026 trip does not include:
- Activities/tours you book on your own
- Airport parking
- Baggage and flight change fees
- Bottles of wine, sake, and imported beer
- Dry cleaning
- Gift shop purchases
- Ground transportation on non-program dates
- Hair salon services
- Laundry service
- Mileage to and from your home airport
- Off-site dinner reservations
- Spa treatments, services, and products
Q: Who do I contact about travel-related questions?
A: All travel-related questions should be directed to the ABC Supply Events Team listed under Contact Us at the bottom of each page.
Q: How long do I have to confirm my itinerary after the air team has contacted me?
A: Fares and availability are always subject to change until ticketed. You will have 24 hours to approve your flight itinerary until it expires.
Q: When will I receive my Pre-Trip documents?
A: The ABC Supply Events Team mails the final Pre-Trip documents to the address you listed in your registration form about two weeks before the program. If you change addresses after registration, please notify the ABC Supply Events Team immediately to ensure delivery.
Q: Do I need a passport to get into Mexico?
A: Yes.
Q: Are there any baggage limitations for the airlines?
A: There is no longer a standard set of rules that apply to all airlines' baggage limitations. The airlines are imposing a fee for luggage exceeding their weight limits. For most airlines, this is 50 pounds for checked luggage and 40 pounds for carry-on bags. Please check with your carrier for luggage allowance and restrictions before departing for the airport. Fees will apply to excess checked and/or carry-on bags. The airlines have a per-person limit for carry-on bags of one personal item and one carry-on bag. Personal items are identified as one of the following: a purse, briefcase, small backpack, or laptop computer. Passengers exceeding the carry-on limit may not be allowed through the security checkpoint.
Q: What is an e-ticket?
A: It is a confirmation of your airline travel; the airlines are no longer issuing paper tickets. You will still need a passport to check in and receive your boarding pass from your airline. The name on your ticket MUST be exactly the same as the name on your passport.
Q: Will I receive air credit if I cancel my flight or miss it?
A: No. ABC Supply does not provide air credit for canceled or missed flights. All airfare, including upgrades, is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future travel.
Q: Can I upgrade using Frequent Flyer miles or coupons?
A: Yes, however, any deviations or upgrade charges with your ticket will be at your own expense. All frequent flyer requests for upgrades need to be personally handled by the respective airlines.
Q: Can I book my own flights and be reimbursed?
A: Yes. The maximum air credit amount for you and/or your guest's ticket for this program is up to $750 per person. If you opt to take the air credit, please be advised you must provide the ABC Supply Events Team with an official receipt or invoice showing the full itinerary and monetary purchase amount for each traveler before your air credit check can be issued. Please note, you will not be reimbursed for tickets purchased with Frequent Flyer miles or coupons.
After we've received your proof of purchase/itinerary, we'll send your check (for the amount spent up to $750 per person) to the address you provided in registration upon the conclusion of the trip. You may specify another address; just be certain to let us know where you'd prefer to have your check sent when you request your air credit reimbursement.

Q: Who may I bring as my guest?
A: You are allowed to bring one (1) guest to share in your celebration. This guest is defined as your spouse, domestic partner, family member, or friend, who is at least 18 years of age.
Q: May I bring additional guests or children under the age of 18?
A: No. Hotel Xcaret Arte is an adults-only property. Additional guests or children under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend.
Q: What if I need to change my guest?
A: Please contact the ABC Supply Events Team as soon as possible via phone at +1 (325) 773-7043 or via email at info@abcrivieramaya2026.com. If you change your guest after you have registered, any additional charges or airline change fees will be at your own expense.
Q: Can I extend my stay at the resort before or after the program?
A: Yes; however, any additional expenses incurred as a result of an extended stay will be at your own expense. Please refer to the Resort page for more information on the discounted group rate. Q: If I extend my stay, will airport transportation be provided?
A: No, transportation will only be arranged for your program arrival and departure dates.
