ABC Supply is pleased to host you and your guest for six nights at the Hotel Xcaret Arte. If you would like to extend your stay, the group room rate will be available for three nights pre-trip and three nights post-trip, based on availability. The discounted group rate is $738 USD per single occupancy room and $984 USD per double occupancy room, inclusive of taxes and fees. Taxes and fees are subject to change. In some instances, extensions may be at a higher cost due to numerous room categories, and we will advise you should that be the case. Transportation will be provided for you and your guest to and from the Hotel Xcaret Arte on program dates. Private ABC Supply transportation will not be provided on your extension dates. However, it can be arranged on-site through our preferred travel partner, or you may use the resort’s included airport shuttles, which can be booked through the resort concierge at reservations@hotelxcaret.com.

Extending your stay is not guaranteed as it is based on availability at the Hotel Xcaret Arte. After you have completed registration, the ABC Supply Events Team will contact the resort to confirm availability for your requested extension. Please note that your flights cannot be booked until you have received confirmation on resort availability from the ABC Supply Events Team. Your extended stay confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible.
